The challenges and excitement of local work often involve bringing together consensus in the midst of differences, using one's own expertise to collaborate with others to tackle challenges and inject vitality into the local community.
This event specifically invites six local practitioners from Kyushu, Japan to share their experiences in Taiwan. They include the former director of an international art festival, descendants of feudal lords, the president of a ceramic brand, the president of a century-old hot spring resort, and a local designer. They hope to share their innovative methods and perspectives developed over years of practice from a non-academic industry perspective, as well as the results of deep community engagement.
