The Ministry of Culture is promoting community building and village cultural development, encouraging citizens to actively participate in public affairs and cultural activities rooted in their communities. This is to establish a civil society, implement cultural equality, enrich diverse cultural values, and create a society of cooperation and mutual assistance. To this end, the Ministry is holding the "2023 Ministry of Culture Grants and Subsidies for Community Building and Village Culture Promotion Self-Participation Type 2nd Round Application Guidelines" to support these efforts.
