In recent years, there has been an increasing number of "before/after" moments for human beings, such as the finalization of Hong Kong's national security law, the opening of a new Cold War between the United States and China, the global chaos of epidemics, and the Russian invasion of Ukraine... Before this, life was a normal and natural thing, but after this, everyday life has gone off track and entered a chaotic and crazy moment.

"ChatGPT 3.5" came out of nowhere, and the same thing happened.

The world shook violently, and all sorts of dexterous applications blossomed at once. Before this, artificial intelligence was just a joke after dinner, but after this, human subjectivity was in danger.

In this talk, we would like to invite you to ease the anxiety of the rapid development of technology and listen to the philosophical viewpoint of the rise of artificial intelligence by Mr. Jan Rong Gan, who is specialized in "AI ethics".

Instead of telling you what to do and how to use it, we will try to understand the potential prejudice and discrimination in big data from an ethical perspective, and at the same time, we will think about if education is the path from the present to the future, then under the premise that the near future has changed, do contemporary education methods, strategies, and goals need to be reviewed and revised?
