Procurement Process (Starting from 2023)

There are two procurement policies in NTHU：Government Procurement Act and Fundamental Science and Technology Act.

Based on different funding category and budget amount, applicant have to select a suitable Procurement procedure.

In Government Procurement, the budget range of Small Procurement is $1~150,000.

After finish the Requistion procedures, applicant could notify tenderer directly to honour an agreement. Over 150,000, the Procurement announcement is necessary.

In R&D Procurement, the budget range of Small Procurement is $100,001~999,999.

After finish the Requistion procedures, applicant could notify tenderer directly to honour an agreement. Above 1,000,000,the Procurement announcement is necessary.
