1.In part of air quality, TSP(concentration of total suspended particulates) has been 86.1μg/m3 (average in 2005-2009) since the beginning of development, and could still maintained 45.3μg/m3 in 2024, because the school actively protected the vegetation in the base, and carried out the transplantation of old trees to reduce the dust in the area. In part of water quality, SS(concentration of suspended solids) has been 12.8mg/L(average in 2010) since the beginning of development, and could still maintained 8.25mg/L in 2024, among them, due to strengthening the control of non-point source pollution in construction sites.
2.The ecological survey includes terrestrial plant ecology survey and terrestrial animal ecology survey, including mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, butterflies, adult dragonflies, etc. Aquatic ecology survey includes fish, benthic organisms, aquatic insects, phytoplankton, attached algae, etc. There were no abnormalities found in the 2024 survey.
3. Relevant campus environmental monitoring data are submitted to the Hsinchu City Government for review every quarter to truly understand the impact of development activities on the environment and take relevant countermeasures in a timely manner to reduce the impact on the environment.
