Results/Contributions

This course is a required course in the master program in Waldorf Education. The course explores the challenges faced by Waldorf education in the contemporary world. It then introduces Rudolf Steiner’s concept of the threefold social order, along with the background and philosophical foundations of anthroposophy's threefold theory. Furthermore, it examines the interaction between Steiner's anthroposophical education and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The course invites experts and scholars from both Taiwan and abroad who specialize in experimental and multicultural education to introduce exemplary models of threefold social enterprises(such as SEKEM ,a sustainable development community in Egypt), and teacher professional development, while also exploring the relationship between education and contemporary environmental, economic, and social issues.
