Abstract/Objectives
During the Level 3 COVID-19 alert period in 2021, the retail and catering industries in traditional markets have been severely impacted. In order to save themselves, stores have launched food delivery and take-out discounts. In addition to food and commodities themselves, there is also a major focus in the operation of these industries, that is, the maintenance of the relationship between the store and the customer. REAL invited young shopkeepers from Dongmen Market to talk about how the stores respond to these changes in the traditional market with fewer customers and what stores are doing during the epidemic prevention period at home.
