Abstract/Objectives
(1) Recognize the concept of obstacles in different historical and cultural contexts (2) Definition of barriers to comparing medical and social models (3) Introduce the concept of barrier-free environment and universal design (4) Explore the issues of labor employment and elderly care for people with disabilities (5) Discuss the gender awareness and rights and interests of persons with disabilities
Results/Contributions

Students enrolled in the course have all performed above 90 points in their open course learning. Moreover, they have demonstrated more engagement and reflection in map drawing and cultural equity. They are able to link their learning with practical experiences, sparking ideas for furthering cultural equity for the visually impaired after implementation and experimentation. For instance, utilizing 3D printing for map creation.

Furthermore, all enrolled students have shared their experiences with environment recognition apps on their smartphones. They have collectively uploaded the discussion outcomes onto the teaching platform for further classroom sharing, achieving a participation and speaking rate of 100%.

Subsequently, all enrolled students have participated in the application of apps and direct mobile experiences for the visually impaired. They have documented the process into videos and uploaded them onto the teaching platform for further classroom sharing, achieving a participation and speaking rate of 95%.
