Among them, it was observed that local rice farmers are facing difficulties in farming rice farming environment and sales. Professor Huang Nengfu and his team began to evaluate the feasibility of "smart rice fields". Data collection and application software system” combined with “miniature weather station data collection sensor” plus data analysis of “IoT cloud agricultural data analysis platform”, combined with soil moisture content and water level requirements to control the sluice gate, and solve the problem of single planting Manpower often spends time patrolling multiple paddy fields. The goal of introducing AI intelligence into traditional agricultural operations is to reduce the outflow of young and strong people and the shortage of manpower for local farmers. On the other hand, Professor Li Tianjian also led the project team to conduct long-term field interviews and surveys in the local area. He observed that a suitable participation mechanism needs to be established between Hsinchu City and the countryside, so that new urban residents have the opportunity to contact this piece of land.
