Sustainable Development Goals
Abstract/Objectives
NTHU and its partner, the University of Liverpool in the UK, host an annual bilateral workshop. This year's theme is "Circular Science and Engineering." Faculty members from various departments of both universities are invited to participate. By giving presentations and engaging in discussions, they share research updates and exploring cutting-edge developments across multiple field. The event aims to explore opportunities for future collaboration. This event not only fostered academic interaction but also provided valuable experiences at the intersection of culture and knowledge for both institutions.
Results/Contributions

During the workshop, participants from both universities shared their innovative achievements and gained a deeper understanding of each other's research areas and cultural backgrounds. This helps foster stronger international cultural connections.

Following the event, the participants collaboratively proposed a dual doctoral program. This initiative will provide students with more opportunities for cross-border academic and cultural exchange. Furthermore, it will strengthen the partnership between the two institutions and contribute to sustainable development on a global scale.
