Sustainable Development Goals
Abstract/Objectives
The College of Sustainability at NTHU began planning in 2022 and received approval from the university on March 26, 2024. The Ministry of Education also approved it on August 16, 2024. The college is officially established retroactively starting from the first semester of the 2024 academic year, making it the 13th college at NTHU. The college intends to launch two credit programs and one in-service master's program, which are currently in preparation: the Master’s Program in Sustainable Technology, the Master’s Program in Sustainable Technology (duplicate), and the In-Service Master’s Program in Sustainable Development and Carbon Management.
Results/Contributions

The College of Sustainability began its planning in 2022. After multiple discussions within the university, the proposal was approved at the university affairs meeting on March 26, 2024, and later received approval from the Ministry of Education on August 16, 2024. The college is officially established retroactively from the first semester of the 2024 academic year, making it NTHU's 13th college.

The college plans to launch two credit programs and one in-service master's program, namely:

  • Master’s Program in Sustainable Technology (in preparation)
  • Master’s Program in Sustainable Technology (in preparation)
  • In-Service Master’s Program in Sustainable Development and Carbon Management (in preparation)
