Abstract/Objectives
This project takes corporate sustainability as the main axis and conducts a broad and in-depth analysis of related environmental, social and corporate governance issues. Combined with the concept of decentralized business models, it explores how legal and regulatory theories deal with financial issues related to corporate sustainability governance. and new trends in technology. Specifically, this project first explores the social aspects of sustainable supply chains from the perspective of ethical supply chain management, and then explores the environmental aspects of sustainable supply chains and sustainable disclosure from the perspective of private sector environmental governance. Regarding the corporate governance aspect of corporate sustainability, this project will analyze shareholder activism, stakeholder capitalism and technology governance in large publicly traded companies. Therefore, this project will study how to find an appropriate legal combination that is consistent with the costs and benefits of regulation between the public and private sectors and other policy tools to promote corporate sustainability.
Results/Contributions

The project provides key insights into corporate sustainability shaped by legal, financial, and technological dimensions. It highlights how ethical considerations in supply chain management influence corporate responsibilities and emphasizes the role of transparency and accountability. The research also explores environmental governance within companies, focusing on effective sustainable practices and disclosure.

On corporate governance, the study examines shareholder activism and stakeholder capitalism, analyzing the impact of technology governance on corporate strategies. Additionally, it evaluates the balance between regulatory costs and benefits, proposing legal frameworks that support sustainable development without overburdening businesses.

This research advances the discourse on sustainable corporate governance by offering actionable insights for policymakers and corporate leaders, helping them craft more effective sustainability strategies.
