The students from the Bicycle Club took the teachers and students of NTHU to experience the three-day journey from Taitung to Hualien in the most relaxed and special way by bicycle. With cycling, everyone could enjoy the beautiful east coast and develop an exercise habit to build a good physique.

The Beach Cleanup event was held on Sugihara Beach. We often see garbage left on beaches when visiting coast scenic areas, which is destructive to the environment. Beach cleanup helps preserving the environment, and deepens our awareness of environmental protection. We appreciated the beauty of Hualien and Taitung by riding bicycles, and preserved our treasure island with our hearts and hands, which were both entertaining and educational.
