Abstract/Objectives
This internship is mainly to assist Kesheng Technology in the development of a digital learning system, transforming Aberg 360H into a digital virtual machine and simulating the relevant functions and actions of the real machine to assist the company in strengthening the pre-employment training of new employees, thus achieving a better learning benefits than traditional On-site teaching . For example, such a system can save real material waste and reduce the hidden dangers of personnel during operation. Moreover, digital learning can also provide a multilingual learning environment. Based on this project, cooperate with other colleges and universities or other plastic industry companies to cultivate more injection talents who are interested in mold engineering and shorten the employment gap.

Project achievements The team has developed functions such as copyright page animation (company LOGO and copyright declaration), system menu (image quality adjustment and language selection function), project base content development (machine drag operation, status tree system, floating mark frame function, Model reduction), learning mode (3D structure decomposition, real-time production demonstration, machine manual), free mode (control buttons and control panel), inventory and cataloging of relevant materials in the operation manual, the entire summer internship project is expected to be developed except for the task mode The following machine control tasks, panel setting tasks, and three-day course tasks have not been developed due to time factors, and other functions are completed or about to be completed.
