This special lecture is jointly organized by the Department of History and the Counseling Center, and features a keynote speech by Counselor Lai Hsin-Yi.

In light of the common pressures in academic institutions, such as personal career choices and potential bottlenecks in academic research, this lecture provides an opportunity to care for the health and well-being of faculty and students. It also offers advice and knowledge on dealing with emotions from the professional perspective of a counseling psychologist.
