Invitation for international students of the Spring 2023 intake to participate in a one-day tour activity, arranging a visit to the Kansai Row House Institute for a series of cultural experience activities, including understanding the cultural significance of century-old Hakka Sanheyuan, Hakka rice DIY, silk printing DIY, tea ceremony experience, enjoying local Hakka dishes cooked by community moms, and guided tours of nearby areas. Besides allowing foreign students to experience Taiwanese customs and culture, this also provides an opportunity for them to meet new friends, expand their social circle while studying in Taiwan, improve communication with the international student counselors. All participating foreign students expressed their happiness and deep impression of the activities of the day, and they had a fruitful experience.
