A total of 364 people have attended the 2022 Healthy Body Dimension Activities, and 13 sessions of nutrition and exercise courses were held. 4 nutrition courses taught by the dietitian of Hsinchu City Cathay General Hospital, including ‘The Intake of Six Categories of Food and Three Major Nutrients’, ‘Healthy Eating Out’, ‘Choose Low Glycemic Index Food, Reduce Body Fat Formation’, and ‘How to Eat Before, During, and After Exercise?’. 4 exercise courses including ‘Understand Your Body Composition Analysis’, ‘Weight Loss Exercise Planning and Training’, ‘Not Just a Peace in Mind, Exercise Intensity Keeps You From Working for Nothing’, and ‘Strength Training Outside the Gym, Bodyweight Training is the Trend’. Online video lessons have a total of 5,803 views. Members of the Facebook group uploaded 447 posts in total on water intake records, exercise information, and weight loss reflection. 2022 Healthy Body Dimension Activities have cumulative visits of 2,973 on Facebook, and 90 posts of picture sharing on walking 8,000 steps a day and creative water intake in two campuses.

Abstract/Objectives
Division of Health Service, East District Public Health Center, Hsinchu City, NTHU Physical Education Office, Hsinchu City Cathay General Hospital Nutrition Department, and E-Pin-Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic jointly hold the healthy body dimension control activities.
Through proper diet concepts, good exercise habits and the learning of Chinese medicine related theories, the students can participate in the course together, encourage each other and share the reflection of body dimension control among peers, so that they have more confidence in body control, and bring back the healthy self.
