Abstract/Objectives
Hult Prize is the biggest student movement initiated by the Hult Prize Foundation of the United States for social good in the world. It has been named as “Nobel Prize for Students” by media sources worldwide. The annual winning team will be granted to US$1,000,000 seed capital to start their proposal on social impact.
Hult Prize encourages students participates in social issues with types of creative business solution, such as energy crisis, refugee and other SDGs related issues. Hult Prize 2021’s challenge is ”FOOD for GOOD ”, aiming to create a business model which will bring 10 millions of opportunities to people around the globe. Our core value is”Leading a Generation To Change The World.” Therefore, to gather more participants into this movement, Hult Prize launched On Campus Programs over more than 121 countries and 3000 campus, attracting millions of students join this movement in every year. In Taiwan, in total 14 universities host OnCampus Program in 2020. At the same time, the regional summit was held in Taiwan for the first time in 2021. Teams from all over the world will be invited to participate and select teams representing Taiwan to enter the global finals.

Hult Prize National Tsing Hua University held several info sessions and workshops each year to provide more information about the event. The challenge of the 2021 is "FOOD for GOOD" and we invited organizations such as the HaoShi Foundation, GoodWill Foods and other entrepreneurs that has experience in social innovation to help participants design their proposal. Participants are asked to design business cases and present their findings and status in several workshops leading up to the campus final.
The team to win this year's final, ”NAO”, qualified for nationals and eventually placed 6th overall.
