The main goal of this seminar was to enhance youth leaders' understanding of group dynamics and relationships, and to improve their ability to collaborate across disciplines. After two days of activities, we successfully achieved the following key outcomes:

⚫ Knowledge and Skill Enhancement

Participants gained a deep understanding of group dynamics, leadership development, and effective communication skills through professional lectures and practical  workshops. Specifically, in terms of cross-disciplinary collaboration, participants learned how to work together, overcome disciplinary and background barriers, and effectively address conflicts within the group.

⚫ Accumulation of Practical Experience Through group discussions and role playing activities during the seminar, youth leaders had the opportunity to apply the knowledge they learned in real life scenarios.
