Abstract/Objectives
The GreenPine Community college is organizing an event called the "Oyster Study Area" led by Lecturers Zhang Hongzhe and Guo Fengjiao. The initiative aims to strengthen local identity and knowledge in Xiangshan through activities such as local regeneration innovation and applied drama. The event includes an Oyster Study Tour and Oyster Search Notice, incorporating local customs, history, and environmental education through walking actions. Participants will explore the relationship between people, the environment, and industry, focusing on the history of Xiangshan and the decline of the oyster industry. The event, scheduled for August 12, 112, will involve a historical tour, site visits, and discussions on coastal development, ultimately creating educational materials on the "Xiangjian Alley."
Results/Contributions

Local regeneration innovation. Gradually consolidate resident consciousness, strengthen local identity, and supplement with gathering local knowledge, introducing applied drama, etc., to build a local knowledge system belonging to Xiangshan. Through "Oysters" as the theme, explore the relationship between people, the environment, and industry. Plan (1) Oyster Study Tour, (2) Oyster Search Notice, etc., combining local customs, local history and environmental education in-depth walking actions, including Xiangshan Tiantou Palace historical tour, the evolution of the coast and the ruins of the Chaoshan community dike, the environment of the Xiangshan wetland, discussions on plants, animals, and the decline of the oyster industry, leading people to understand the coastal development history of Xiangshan through these walks, and extending to complete a set of "Xiangjian Alley" teaching materials.
