Abstract/Objectives
National Tsing Hua University cooperated with the Corporate Service Volunteers of Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs to invite two local workers who have worked in the music industry for a long time to share their business experience and journey. Through the dialogue, the participants were led to gain an in-depth understanding of Hsinchu's music industry from the perspective of entrepreneurs, and arouse the local innovation power of young generation and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Results/Contributions
Zi-Xuan Huang, the winner of the two-time Golden Melody Awards for Best Hakka Vocalist, and Shi-Long Yao, the head of the executive team of the Dongfeng Music Festival, brought brilliant lectures. From their respective entrepreneurial experience, team management, and the process of choosing to return to their hometown of Hsinchu to settle down and deepen their cultivation, they talked about their views on the development of the local music industry. The event received a warm response. In addition to the enthusiastic participation of teacher and student, more than ten small and medium-sized business owners attended.
