Abstract/Objectives

The ESPC can improve energy efficiency and save energy. The ESCO provides comprehensive engineering and technical services and promises that the users will meet their energy saving goals. The money saved can be used to pay the expenses of equipment’s maintenance.

Results/Contributions

Handle the air-conditioning improvement project of the branch of the library, and obtained the approved subsidy of more than NT$4.14 million in the "Energy Saving Performance Guarantee Project Demonstration Promotion Subsidy Program" issued by the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2021. It was completed and put into operation on the 12th, and its energy saving rate was 61.5% certified by the Green Foundation, saving about 517,000 kWh of electricity every year.
