Introduction to the European Union

We will look at the process of post-war European unification and its contents from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration, understanding the attempts of key figures to promote unification, the conflicting interests of member states, the implementation of various common policies, and the establishment and development of organs. This voluntary integration process has not only been deeply affected by the international political milieu and economic changes, but has also experienced many internal disputes and crises. It is worthwhile for us to grasp the spirit of rejecting each other's prejudices and seeking common ground in the midst of differences, to explore their efforts to pursue peace and national modernization.
