Results/Contributions

The "Hsinchu Cultural and Historical Grounding Project" originated from the National Tsing Hua University Museum's vision of "creating cultural sustainability principles and actions through practice, forming learnable and replicable cultural sustainability experiences."

Culture is an organic creation of humans and nature, which flows, exchanges, and blends to form various local cultures, eventually creating many unique tangible and intangible cultural heritage treasures. The sustainable preservation of these gems has become a key focus worldwide.

This project team hopes to leverage the collections of the National Tsing Hua University Museum as a starting point, and through practical efforts, consolidate principles for cultural sustainability while fulfilling the museum's social responsibility.
