Exploring from the foreign examination systems, we find out the core system structure and the functional services of examination system. We also dig out the user needs through competitive product analysis, while considering the UI/UX user experience and the responsive web design. Besides, we can try to think about the extended value of the examination system such as the application of chatbots which can assist learning, playing the role of online teachers anytime and anywhere. It also provides students with a more perfect e-learning environment by solving problems when studying or operating digital platforms.  

Thanks to the valuable internship, we can gain a deeper understanding of the system and existing products. Then, we can look at the examination system from a boarder perspective. Moreover, we sharpened our skills of teamwork and communication. We need to understand the current situation and the objectives what we want to achieve before putting forward strategies. There are many things we can do. However, we must try to find out the things that are valuable and have not been explored, coming up with innovative ideas while not forgetting the foundation as the next step. I will put myself in the role of a product user, then thinking of what I need and how I might feel about the using experience. On the other hand, to find out the characteristics and the value of our product is also an important work. There are lots of similar commodities, but what are the differences between our services and the other ones. We need to identify our unique selling points and make the biggest use of it.  

During the internship, I had learned how to study the things that I am interested in. The process of exploring knowledge seems aimless but has its value. By continuously adjusting the pace and direction, I believe the result will become better and better progressively.
