Abstract/Objectives
1. Cognition: (1) Guide students to enrich their knowledge of sports and physical fitness, and establish a good concept of healthy exercise (2) Improve the application and concept of basic rules for special purposes 2. Skills: (1) Improve the basic ability of physical fitness and promote the learning and performance of sports skills (2) Learn the six basic techniques and application concepts of volleyball Three, affection: (1) Understand your own physical ability and growth performance, cultivate self-observation ability and pay attention to body management (2) Cultivate students' teamwork spirit, develop students' love for sports and develop good exercise habits Special case: Students with a history of "heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, hemophilia, cancer, mental illness and other major injuries or special diseases" should take the initiative to explain to the teacher to provide assistance.
Results/Contributions

Increase students' familiarity with basic volleyball techniques and rules, improve physical fitness, and practice the spirit of equality, mutual assistance and cooperation through team operation
