Abstract/Objectives
Five student teams identified a business problem at WeMo that can be addressed with predictive analytics methods. Each team collaborated with the company, who shared appropriate data, and developed a proof-of-concept predictive analytics solution.
Results/Contributions
WeMo can now better evaluate the possibility of using predictive analytics for solving issues related to operations, customer service, and app usage. They also learn about the value of their existing data and potential new data to collect or acquire.
