The conservation of marine environment is no longer a new issue. The government and the private sector have invested in it, but there are many shortcomings in marine conservation and environmental education. Recently, there have been discussions on the effectiveness of marine-friendly products and other issues related to the marine environment. Therefore, this research intends to use the EU lesson plan to design the teaching plan content with the WHERE TO element table and the Taiwan compulsory education literacy-oriented Teaching Checklist. Achieve the goal of enhancing people’s environmental awareness (protecting the ocean) and environmental awareness (understanding the ocean and understanding the ecological environment). Through the design of this lesson plan, environmental education content in different directions will be brought to complement the original deficiencies in environmental education. This arouses interest and affection, strengthens the effect of environmental education, and achieves the goal of sustainable development.
