The Bavarian Academy for Nature Conservation and Landscape Management in Germany and other units have cooperated to promote a project called "Tiere Live" ( it means "Animal Live" in German ). It developed learning plans and guided other countries to produce similar activity manuals. No matter in the classroom or outside the school, students can feel the charm of animals firsthand by increasing the on-site contact with animals. And then, they might have interest and feelings for the natural environment, furthermore, stimulate a sense of responsibility and action for maintaining the environment and biodiversity. The purpose of this project is to merge the concept of the learning plans. Based on Taiwan's ecological, social, and cultural characteristics, we would like to design and spawn sustainable development and nature conservation learning plans and manuals.
