Abstract/Objectives
ILST, in collaboration with Atom SkooL, is proud to introduce the "NTHU Departmental Scholarship Program." This program offers full scholarships to three National Tsing Hua University students, with the aim of nurturing them as mentors in Atom SkooL's self-directed learning mentorship program. The objective is to empower college students in the Hsinchu area to become mentors for high school students in their self-directed learning journey, providing flexible learning opportunities.
Results/Contributions

After completing the entire program, participating students will be able to understand and apply the following:


The core principles of the 108 Curriculum, the concept of literacy, and ultimately grasp the significance of self-directed learning emphasized in the curriculum.


The six stages of self-directed learning: self-awareness, idea generation, goal setting, reflection, and presentation of outcomes.


How to create a self-directed learning plan that aligns with the new curriculum requirements.


How to effectively guide students in practice.


How to address issues encountered by Explosive Learning Education in the past and understand the perspectives to take when responding to these issues.


Simulated exercises and real-time peer feedback, fostering strong mentoring skills and becoming proficient mentors.
