Results/Contributions

1. How does the implementation of CLIL Integrated Activities curriculum

affect elementary school fourth graders' learning motivation and learning performance?

Through the questionnaire survey, students think that the bilingual course is more interesting than the traditional all-Chinese course, and their learning performance has also improved significantly before and after the test.

2. What’s the relationship between students’ performance on vocabulary learning and CLIL course?

The researchers designed the words that appear or have been used in the course I in the pre and post-test. The results indicate that the students' scores have generally increased significantly after the course is over, and they have learned more new vocabulary.

3. Does “Kahoot!” improve Taiwanese elementary school students’ receptive vocabulary skills?

Students showed high interest in using Kahoot and were immersed in the competition. Although it is difficult to test whether Kahoot is positive for students' vocabulary, it can be known that through Kahoot, students are less resistant to learning English vocabulary.

4. Does the green building bilingual course enhance students' environmental awareness?

Students learned a lot about green buildings during the camp, such as Taiwan’s green building standards, designing environmental protection labels and making eco-houses, etc. In the post-test and questionnaire students also said that these activities made them better understand environmental issues
