1.Through annual energy-saving team meetings, the status of air conditioning equipment in various units is monitored.
2.Each year, in coordination with the school’s budget planning, funding subsidies for energy-saving improvements are provided to various units. These include subsidies for replacing air conditioners over nine years old, encouraging units to gradually replace outdated air conditioning equipment in campus buildings.
3.Since 2018, efforts have been made to secure subsidies from relevant authorities for replacing energy-saving equipment, applying for tax refunds on air conditioning equipment from the Ministry of Finance, and handling applications for subsidies for ductless air conditioning equipment and related tax refunds.
4.From 2019 to 2024, a total of over 8 million NTD in subsidies has been secured.
5.Annual statistics on air conditioning equipment replacements:
(1)2018: 249 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 115,000 kWh/year.
(2)2019: 323 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 149,000 kWh/year.
(3)2020: 379 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 175,000 kWh/year.
(4)2021: 294 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 135,000 kWh/year.
(5)2022: 183 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 85,000 kWh/year.
(6)2023: 696 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 320,000 kWh/year.
(7)2024: 142 units replaced, energy savings of approximately 65,000 kWh/year.
