2025 NTHU  World No Tobacco Day 

In order to enable all faculty, staff and students to study and work in a clean environment, Tsinghua University strives to promote tobacco hazard prevention and reject the hazards of tobacco. It holds health lectures on tobacco hazard prevention, smoking cessation classes and World No Tobacco Day activities every year to awaken teachers and students' attention to tobacco hazard prevention and promote a smoke-free campus.

• Health lectures on tobacco harm prevention: We organized 6 health lectures on tobacco harm prevention and control in 2025 with Hsinchu City East District Health Center and Hsinchu Cathay General Hospital, with a total of 75 participants.
• Smoking cessation class: Smoking cessation personal trainers, nutritionists and psychologists are invited to jointly organize the "2025 Smoke OUT Health IN Smoking Cessation Class" to help teachers and students who are willing to quit smoking. One person decress smkoeing 50%. 
• World No Tobacco Day activities: On May 27, 2025, the school health volunteers, Hsinchu City East District Health Center and Hsinchu Cathay General Hospital organized a World No Tobacco Day activity to conduct carbon monoxide and lung activity testing, and promote a smoke-free campus to teachers and students inside and outside the school. A total of 158 people participated.
• NTHU participated in the “2025 Hsinchu City Adolescent Tobacco and E-cigarette Prevention Online Quiz Competition” organized by the Hsinchu City Health Bureau and ranked third among all universities with the highest number of participants.
