Abstract/Objectives
We promoted the“STEM with A” educational concept in Hengshan Township, Hsinchu. We developed teaching aids, materials, teaching plans and methods for “interdisciplinary creative education”, and we wanted to make interdisciplinary achievements with artistic beauty and even interdisciplinary use. We promote “creative learning with natural ecology”, plan to build an "ecological travel and reading trail", cultivate an interdisciplinary spirit to explore natural ecology, and learn knowledge and wisdom from nature. In addition, we integrate the maker spirit with the concept of technology and arts, bring them into remote regions. We also revitalize local cultural innovation and tourism, strengthen the natural characteristics and ecological value of partial countryside, create and activate the real estate industry.
Results/Contributions

Since the execute of the project, he specific achievements are as follows:

1. Completed the construction of “STEM with A Play Creative School” demonstration base at Shakeng Elementary School in Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County, including the purchase of digital equipment and space renovation. As an important STEAM innovation teaching promotion base in Hengshan Township, in the future the base will be promoted to serve the surrounding schools and people.

2. Complete the research and development results of many teaching aids, materials, plans and methods, and continuously to extend and expand all of them.

3. Complete multiple field service activities:

a、A “STEM with A Play Creative School - Fablab Table Workshop” was held in Shakeng elementary school where all the teachers and students participated. The purpose of the workshop is to “To be a maker, You should make your own table first”.

b、The “Cross-domain and Cross-age Dialogue of Technology and Art” x “STEM with A” was organized in collaboration with students of the Art College of National Tsing Hua University and teachers and students of Shakeng Elementary School. There are also members of the USR from Ministry of Education, the principal of Taipei Lishan Elementary School, the principals of Education Experimental Elementary School affiliated to National Taipei University, as well as the principals and teachers of the Excellent Art Teachers Group has visited and observed on site. We got a lot of recognition and praise.

c、We held “Teacher Training Camp of STEM with A” which participated by the teachers from Shakeng Elementary School and Dadu Elementary School. The contents of training camp cover with international maker innovation trends, sharing of “STEM with A” innovative education concepts and future practice mode. Besides, we also train the teachers how to operate the digital machines and tools.

4. In the second year, the demonstration base will continue to be activated, the "STEAM Interactive Exploration Museum " will be practiced in Hengshan Township, as well as the "Ecological Travel and Reading Trail" will be built.
