Abstract/Objectives
NTHU, in order to provide support for teaching, research, and work, not only offers a friendly working environment and enhances work efficiency but also provides staff dormitories, guest houses, and scholar accommodations. These facilities help reduce commuting time and accommodation expenses for faculty and staff, and offer a comfortable place for relaxation after work. Faculty and staff residing on campus can focus more on teaching and research in the friendly campus environment, creating a positive and virtuous cycle.
Results/Contributions

1.Faculty and staff who meet the regulations outlined in NTHU "Guidelines for Multi-Room and Single-Room Staff Dormitory Applications" may fill out the application form and submit it.

2.Newly appointed faculty members who meet NTHU "Guidelines for Rent Allowance Subsidy for New Full-Time Faculty and Researchers" may fill out the application form and apply. However, those who have already received the same type of subsidy from a university project are not eligible.

3.Guest House and Scholar Dormitory Accommodation Services:

(1) Tsinghua Hall: Floors 1 to 3 have a total of 28 rooms.

(2) Qingzhai Building: The 10th floor has a total of 37 rooms, providing short-term accommodation for academic exchanges, workshops, or visits from family and friends, and is available for more frequent use.

(3) The Second Guest House: Floors 2 to 7 and Tsinghua Hall Floors 4 to 8 have a total of 45 rooms, offering long-term accommodation for full-time and visiting faculty for stays longer than one month.

(4) The Scholar Dormitory provides one-bedroom and two-bedroom family-style accommodation for long-term stays by faculty.
