Abstract/Objectives
Nowadays, most people have a desire to change the world for the better. In order to achieve this goal, many people have devoted themselves to politics, medical care, education and other fields. Both direct and indirect service models must return to "human needs." Today’s society has entered the 5G era. In the era of artificial intelligence, breakthroughs have been made in medical technology and technology, but people’s psychological problems have not improved with them. Instead, technological advances have led to more social issues, such as the Internet. Road addiction, social distancing, relationship issues, etc. (Madsbjerg, 2020).The advancement of science and technology is driving the development of human civilization. Big data is the general trend of society. Every entrepreneur tries to have his own database to find consumption habits. However, the use of big data can only be limited to studying consumption habits? Can big data open up a whole new field of people's psychological issues? As a group of students with a professional background in psychological counseling, we serve people who have difficulties in adapting to the body and mind. However, we found that the existence of these psychological problems must have family, interpersonal, social and cultural contextual factors behind them. The changes in the past only stayed at these superficial symptoms, ignoring the unspoken stories behind them, it would treat the symptoms rather than the root cause. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to combine "objective data" and "subjective story", through big data and thick data analysis, to restore the problems or behaviors shown by the numbers to the real environment for understanding, and then reveal the impact of people's mental health Contextual reasons.
