Abstract/Objectives
HabFei was the most famous legalist in Pre-Qin. Besides metaphysics, epistemology and logic, there are jurisprudence and philosophy of politics in HanFeizi,too. Although Hanfei had some arguments which are similar to morden positive law, but he was still entangled by natural law. In philosophy of politics, he tried his best to construct a solid political power for the rulers. So despotism is the significant characteristic of HanFeizi.
Results/Contributions
1. Not only translate Hanfeizi, but also understand the meanings in it.
2. By the understanding, read and think critically to Hanfeizi.
3. Have holistic understanding of Pre-Qin legalism.
4. Reflect on morden society and give your opinion.
