Abstract/Objectives
In order to integrate the resources of the public and private sectors and create healthy and high-quality forests, the Forestry Bureau uses the concept of sustainable management to give full play to the functions of land security, ecological environment conservation and biodiversity, and carry out diversified management of forestry, agriculture, animal husbandry and recreation. This project promotes the leased land afforestation operation plan of the "Limited Liability Miaoli County SaySiyat Trible Forestry and Labor Cooperative" in Penglai Village, Nanzhuang Township, Miaoli County, and promotes the sustainable management of forest land and enhances the production value of forest land and surrounding areas. For the balanced development of the indigenous reservations, the following three forest land management objectives are formulated, including economic, environmental and social aspects, in order to implement the current internationally promoted specific goals, by promoting the protection, maintenance and promotion of the territory Sustainable use of ecosystems, sustainable management of forests, termination and reversal of land degradation, and curbing the loss of biodiversity (SDGs goal 15), can achieve full productive employment and appropriate work (SDGs goals 8.6, 8.9) ) To increase the income of tribal people. And strive to reduce the relationship between economic growth and environmental degradation (SDGs target 8.4). At the same time, ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns (SDGs target 12), and continue to promote sustainable tourism in local forests Development in order to meet the goals of responsible consumption and production, so that Taiwan’s forests can be sustainably managed.
Results/Contributions

This project is a preliminary plan for a five-year plan. The project is based on the cooperative public and private forests provided by the local government. There are 10 private lands, a total area of 42.8384 hectares, and included five forest owners. including forest (bamboo) logging , Afforestation, forest tending, etc., can be combined with specific SDGs target 15.2 to implement sustainable forest management, end illegal logging, and restore damaged forests. The underforest economic management plan meets the specific target 8.5 to increase labor productivity and promote economic development. This project belongs to the first phase of operation and has a demonstrative meaning. Therefore, follow-up continuous communication and guidance are urgently needed. It is hoped that this project can drive the active participation of local forest farmers and properly manage state-owned forest afforestation affairs.
