Abstract/Objectives
The current study is a longitudinal experiment which intend to examine the physical fitness changes of the elementary school, secondary school, high school and college students after an aerobic dance training program. This study intends to provide a physically training solution for students as well as adults, and this aerobic dance training solution should be interesting and compatible to the regulations of epidemic prevention at the same time. Our researchers will design an aerobic dance training program of 12 weeks and examine its efficacy in the groups of elementary school, secondary school, high school and college students respectively. The hypothesis of this study will be examined by the posttest-pretest comparison of the data. During the pretest, posttest and aerobic dance training, participants will put on heart rate sensors, respiration sensors and motion sensors to record their physiological data and monitor their physical fitness level. This study will develop an aerobic dance training program and examine the efficacy of it based on the knowledge of sport science. We expect that the data and findings of is study may eventually facilitate the development of physically training products.
Results/Contributions
We expect to develop an aerobic dance training program for the elementary school, secondary school, high school and college students by examining the efficacy of it based on the knowledge of sport science. For the students, improving their exercise habits will help them to build a healthy lifestyle and improve their fitness levels. We expect that the data and findings of this study may eventually facilitate the development of physically training products.
