Abstract/Objectives
1. Recognize the sport of tennis, cultivated a healthy exercise habits of tennis.
2. Introduce forehand, backhand and serve basic tennis stroke.
3. Introduce the playing format, basic rules and scoring system of tennis.
4. Improve student’s fitness and exercise habits through out this course.
Results/Contributions
Through the Tennis(basic) course, Student learned forehand and backhand groundstrokes skills with basic rules of tennis, also improve physical fitness and develop lifetime exercise habit.
