The goal of this research project is to enhance the dialogue between humans and visual arts through eye-tracking technology in human-computer interaction, enriching the interaction behavior between viewers and artworks. In order to improve the practical applicability of the research outcomes, this project collaborates with the well-known Swedish eye-tracking company Tobii to propose three research objectives: (1) Investigate the user interaction flow of gaze interaction in the context of art museum exhibitions, test various GUI visual interfaces designed for eye-controlled operations, and summarize the design principles of eye-controlled interaction interfaces applicable to art exhibitions; (2) Develop practical eye-controlled interfaces with the design goal of artwork navigation and interactive displays in art exhibitions; (3) Utilize eye-controlled interfaces in exhibition venues, collect operational performance data from general viewers, elderly individuals, children, and users with disabilities, and compile usage experiences.
