Abstract/Objectives

The ICT Camp employs a game-based interactive approach to teach students fundamental computer skills, enhancing their learning experience with various methods. The program also emphasizes creativity, offering photography courses to inspire students and encourage storytelling through their images. In light of Tanzania's significant e-waste problem, which poses environmental risks and threats to local communities, the camp includes courses on recycling and repurposing electronic waste. These lessons aim to raise awareness about the importance of e-waste recycling and provide innovative solutions for repurposing materials, promoting both environmental sustainability and creative thinking among students.

The ICT Camp uses a game-based interactive approach to help students learn and familiarize themselves with basic computer knowledge, enriching the learning experience through diverse methods. The team also values students' creativity and innovative abilities, incorporating photography courses into the activities to inspire students' creativity and tell stories through their photos. Additionally, considering the severe e-waste problem in Tanzania, improper disposal of electronic waste can lead to environmental harm and even pose dangers to local people's lives. Therefore, the program includes courses on the recycling and repurposing of electronic waste, teaching students the importance of e-waste recycling and providing innovative repurposing solutions.
