The class will mainly explain the characteristics of cancer cells, stem cells and cancer stem cells in a simple and simple way, such as self-renewal, differentiation potential, classification and source, biological significance, relationship with cancer, gene regulation, and use various stem cells as examples. Not only will students have the current knowledge of cancer and stem cell biology and understanding of research methods, but also stimulate their thinking and development of insights in future research. 2. Learn about cancer cells, stem cells, and cancer stem cell related technologies. The content focuses on cell isolation and culture techniques, including cell classification, cell identification, cell isolation and purification, and cell differentiation induction.
Results/Contributions

1.     Most of the students in this course will be engaged in medical research and clinical work after graduation. Therefore, we hope that after completion of cancer/stem cell/cancer stem cell biology training program, these future professionals will be able to apply knowledge in drug development and clinical research in order to improve the health condition and well-being of people of all age groups.

2.     A total of 178 students completed the course in 2018-2020.
