Abstract/Objectives
Chorography records the life of the locals, depicting cities and towns through written words, and are often rich in unique local culture. This exhibition is about chorography of different places in Taiwan, as well as themed collections about regional revitalization. Materials related to Hsinchu area are highlighted in a specialized section. An interactive map is displayed for patrons to express the most representative word for each region. Information about courses on regional revitalization are also provided. Patrons can learn to understand and appreciate the city they longed for through these chorography. At the same time, patrons can also grasp the concept of regional revitalization and start participating in regional revitalization activities.
Results/Contributions

The exhibition displays a collection of 75 Taiwanese local chorography, along with 100 selected collection themed around regional revitalization. The “Regional Revitalization and Writing” exhibition includes 5 primary sections, while an online exhibition is presented at the same time. Themed promotion on Facebook covers contents in each section, drawing patrons’ attention to join the event.
