There are many cultural heritage on campus, which are usually closely related to the history of the campus. The most important cultural heritage are old school buildings or teachers’ dormitories. These campus cultural heritage are often witnesses to the history of the campus and the common memories of alumni. However, in the management and maintenance of cultural heritage on existing campuses, the maintenance of cultural resources in most of the school’s administrative systems is a daily routine. How to promote the value of cultural resources or give full play to its educational functions usually depends on the campus Teachers who are conscious of cultural heritage in China, include them as part of the school curriculum.
Under this premise, the opinions and opinions of the front-line staff in the management of statutory cultural heritage at the school end have become the key work items that need to be clarified in this research. In the end, this research conducted a semi-structured interview method and interviewed 23 schools, including colleges and high schools under the Ministry of Education. The main interviewees are the underwriters of the school's general affairs office, and are mainly the administrative staff of the affairs team and the custody team. The following observations are sorted out after nine interviews, which are: the unit of cultural heritage, the funding and implementation of daily maintenance, the funding required for restoration projects or other projects, the employment of professional management personnel of campus cultural heritage, and the current status of the use of campus cultural heritage , Regional issues of campus cultural heritage, the management situation of different cultural heritage on campus, and the promotion and educational application of the value of campus cultural heritage.
According to the needs of business units, the main service targets set in this manual are the first-line managers of cultural heritage in schools at all levels.
In the practical operation part, since most of the types of cultural heritage on campus counted by this plan are concentrated in the two types of historic sites and historical buildings, some types of memorial buildings are subject to the new law. In addition, there are archaeological sites and cultural landscapes each. Considering that the management and maintenance methods of archaeological sites and cultural landscapes involve a wide range of issues, this plan hopes to give priority to solving the doubts of the general first-line managers. Therefore, the inventory and description of relevant laws and regulations in this manual focuses on the monuments, historical buildings and memorial buildings most urgently needed by most campus cultural heritage managers. This type of setting has also been marked on the cover to avoid confusion. .
The first part of this manual is concept establishment, and the second part is practical operation. The concept of preservation and maintenance is introduced concretely and abstractly in the concept establishment, so that front-line managers can start from specific examples and gradually understand the core concept of preservation and maintenance. For the practical operation part, this manual extracts information about laws and resources that can be discussed in general, and introduces them one by one.
