Abstract/Objectives
In response to the key competency of "global mobility" required for future talents, this project plans to conduct digital overseas volunteer capacity-building work with young people and organizations both domestically and internationally. It had invited youths who were interested in international service to record podcasts. Through the medium of sound, they shared their experiences in international volunteer service, life abroad, and cross-cultural experiences, aiming to encourage Taiwanese youths to engage in related international volunteer service projects. This initiative motivated youths to step out of their comfort zones, accumulates experiences in their lives, and contribute to society. The purpose of producing podcasts was to adapt to the use of popular digital streaming technology among youths and cultivate high-quality international talents, strengthen excellent youth international experiences, and encourage outstanding youth to engage in short or long-term volunteer service abroad. The team has been producing the podcast "Aunty's Talk" since 2022, targeting audiences aged 18-35.
Results/Contributions （500 words）

From July 2022 to the end of March 2023, we have produced 42 episodes of the podcast. For the " Aunty's Talk" international volunteer and youth adventure podcast in 2023, we produced 10 episodes focusing on topics such as international volunteer experience exchange, innovation and entrepreneurship, female empowerment, and life career planning and development. Our aim is to provide young people with some reference points in life planning and personal growth.

As for the bilingual story podcast, it was our team's first attempt to produce, and we adapted fairy tales and folk stories. We primarily focused on Southeast Asian folk tales for story adaptation, recording, post-production, and sharing.

To promote the podcast, we also held "asynchronous online lectures" where individuals from both within and outside the school can sign up to participate, providing free digital learning opportunities.
