Supervision plays a vital role in a thesis/dissertation. Additionally, as a public distributed ledger, blockchain features its decentralization, immutability, and traceability. With the application of the Delphi Method, this study aims to provide research on discussing the possibility of utilizing blockchain to establish the criteria for the process of thesis supervision. Besides, a user flow chart and data flow diagrams about the blockchain system of criteria on thesis supervision are established by focus group interviews.
