1. Develop base schools and local governments to establish communication and collaboration platforms
The North District Center regularly invites the principals and directors of base schools, advisory committee members of the guidance base schools, and the Hsinchu County and New Taipei City Education Bureaus to participate, providing a communication and discussion policy platform for relevant units of the North District Center from central to local governments.
2. Establish a collaborative platform for curriculum development for indigenous peoples to assist in the integrated development of curriculum for indigenous peoples and launch a planned curriculum evaluation and feedback mechanism.
In order to help promote the development of the cultural curriculum of each Aboriginal Experimental School, the resident assistants of the North District Center will regularly arrange educational promotion meetings for Aboriginal Experimental Schools, and invite relevant advisory committee members to provide feedback and evaluation on the curriculum development proposals of each Aboriginal Experimental School. and other suggestions as the revised direction and improvement goals for the overall development of the experimental school's future curriculum.
The center provides guidance to various experimental schools, including Jianshi Junior High School, Jianshi Elementary School, Jiaxing Elementary School, Xinle Elementary School and Taoshan Elementary School in Jianshi District, Hsinchu County. On the basis of many years of co-organizing Atayal Academy, 108 School In the same year, we transformed into an Aboriginal Experimental School together and formed the "Tnunan Curriculum Development Strategy Alliance" to jointly carry out curriculum planning and development for the local Aboriginal Experimental School.
The Tnunan Curriculum Development Strategy Alliance and the North District Center jointly decided to conduct the "Atayal National Knowledge Field Curriculum Research Workshop" in the spirit of innovation and experimentation. Each school is responsible for different areas (Mandarin, Atayal language, English, mathematics, millet culture, Men’s knitting and women’s weaving culture, Atayal music and dance) curriculum development and design and the compilation of teaching materials and teaching plans. At present, the Mandarin Atayal culture-responsive self-compiled teaching materials and teacher's manual for the lower, middle and higher grades of elementary school have been completed; the English Atayal culture-responsive self-compiled teaching materials for junior high schools and elementary schools have been completed; Atayal music and dance CDs and Musical score; Xiaomi Culture has completed the lesson plans for each grade of the four major rituals (sowing ceremony, harvesting ceremony, warehouse entry ceremony, and ancestral spirit ceremony).
With the cooperation of the Tnunan Curriculum Development Strategy Alliance and the North District Center, the curriculum development and design of the five indigenous experimental schools have been improved, and self-edited teaching materials with "Atayal" as the main body are now being compiled as the main implementation project.

3. Construct a professional support system for teachers
Organize professional workshops for teachers with the theme of "Digital Technology Assisted Autonomous Learning and Culturally Responsive Teaching" to help teachers learn to apply digital technology to assist teaching, learn how to integrate digital technology into culturally responsive teaching design, and improve their teaching professional knowledge.
Handle the "112 Annual Selection of Excellent Teaching Plans for Aboriginal Culture" for experimental school teachers.
