The course is divided into two main directions and employs group case studies, along with the provision of extended research resources, to encourage participants to engage in discussions, thereby identifying issues that can later be addressed by the instructor. This feedback-based teaching method aims to enhance the operability of learning outcomes. The core knowledge that this course intends to impart to the participants will include two main pillars: the first focuses on the legal issues and challenges posed by food safety problems and their close relationship with sustainable development; the second addresses corporate governance, legal risk management, and the roles and functions of corporate social responsibility.
(1) Understanding the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the global food supply chain
(2) Recent legal and policy challenges arising from food safety issues
(3) Understanding the legal risks faced by directors and managers in food safety governance
(4) Legal strategies in response to financial risks and global governance trends
