Abstract/Objectives
The vortex is the dynamic principle with the least resistance. When an object moves toward the center in a spiral shape, its path is not an equidistant perfect circle. The equidistant perfect circle path will soon slow down or generate heat due to friction. On the contrary, the power of the spiral type will be more and more concentrated inward, avoiding the friction force generated by the perfect circular path, and the radius will be smaller and the rotation speed will be faster when approaching the center, the resistance will be small and no energy will be wasted. The original point, rather than the original point, is the most original perfect balance. Although it only uses the most fundamental power (spiral) of the universe as the foundation, it can derive other new dynamics, such as rotation, extension, opening and closing, twisting, compression, resonance, etc. (C1) To the coccyx, all the joints of the whole body can be moved, using "proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation" to get the muscles and mucous membranes to fully stretch in the pause and breath regulation and relaxation, thereby achieving a comparable myofascial release effect.
